Our mission is to represent the determination and disciple of the youth at one of the most respected culinary exhibits in the world. As ACF Culinary Youth Team USA ,we uphold ourselves to surpass our potential not only as a team but also as individuals. Through our passion we hope to showcase how honored we are to be a part of the coveted Culinary Olympics (IKA) in Erfurt, Germany.

Competing in the International Culinary Olympics.

The American Culinary Federation, Inc. (ACF), the largest group of professional culinarians in America for more than 80 years, is home to the official U.S. team for national and international culinary competitions; ACF Culinary Team USA. The U.S. representation comprises a national team, a regional team, a military team, and a youth team. Each team will represent the United States at the 2012 Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA) International Culinary Exhibition, also known as the Culinary Olympics, in Erfurt, Germany.
